Ms. Shaul has been offering business intelligence research and analysis services for more than 10 years. She was a manager of a life science research laboratory at the University of Toronto, where she oversaw the process of research projects and co-authored articles for publication in peer-reviewed journals. Past projects cover a wide range of healthcare and other fields and often delve into related topics such as competition, products, market dynamics, branding and corporate social responsibility. Eiko’s research process employs a combination of secondary and primary sources appropriate for each project. She has extensive connections to colleagues and sources globally. Originally from Japan, Eiko is fluently bilingual in English and in Japanese, which enables her to search Web and business databases unavailable to many researchers. Eiko holds a bachelors degree from the University of Manitoba and is an active member of the Association of Independent Information Professionals (AIIP).
