Jaclyn Jeffrey has served large clients throughout North America and Europe since 1993 in a variety of industries and pioneered several innovations in the gathering and analyzing of customer information: how to gain meaningful and relevant information by asking the right questions, of the right customers, at the right time, via third-party interviewing. She was senior program director, Product Development with Learning International (formerly Xerox Learning Systems), and was responsible for the development of key products in sales, management, and customer service. Jaclyn finds out why the most profitable customers stay, why they leave, and finds data to protect high-value customer bases. She has published numerous articles on building customer loyalty and is a popular corporate speaker around the world. Ms. Jeffery received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeastern University and has a Masters in Education from Harvard.
