Ron Fabbro is a leading international expert in CRM and related patient compliance and customer-centric solutions. He was President and CEO of a private equity-backed clinical education (CE) company for health professionals where he led and implemented an aggressive acquisition growth initiative. He was also President of Rapp Collins Canada, one of the largest database marketing and CRM companies in the country and has held other senior management and entrepreneurial roles in the U.K. and the United States. An ardent proponent of rigorous performance standards and metric-driven results, Ron advises a large number of companies across North America. Mr. Fabbro holds a Global MBA with Dean’s list honours from the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto.
