George drives out cost and boosts operational performance for organizations requiring complex IT upgrades, RFPs and implementations. He was an early implementer and key designer of the analytics offering which is now part of Oracle’s Active Retail Intelligence. A widely respected authority on balanced scorecards, Mr. DeWolf defines deliverable IT performance metrics and consistently renders operational efficiencies. He developed “Implied LogicTM“ which provides actionable information for operators in many sectors. He is currently developing a “Sales Scanner” which mitigates stock outages, unstocked shelves and damaged inventory of critical items in the supply chain. Before joining CustomerLAB, George spent over two decades as a corporate executive in system management, programming, security, project and general management of I.T. for retail, distribution, software development and technology services companies. Mr. DeWolf is a member of the CIO Association of Canada and was a member of the CIO Executive Council 2006-2007 and the Edison Electric Institute I.T. Advisory Committee 2003-2006. George studied computer science at the University of Western Ontario.
