Sheila Kaarlela is a seasoned specialist in sales force productivity and marketing deployment. She advises health science clients on a wide range of strategies to improve sales per rep, accelerate new product launches and optimize returns on pharma and OTC marketing investments. Before launching her consulting practice, Sheila built a strong corporate career as National Sales manager and senior marketer with leading companies including Pharmacia, Alcon Laboratories and Hoechst Marion Roussel (Marion Merrell Dow / Nordic Labs). Ms. Kaarlela holds a BSc from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from Lake Superior State University (Michigan).
