She was senior program director, Product Development with Learning International (formerly Xerox Learning Systems), and was responsible for the development of key products in sales, management, and customer service. Jaclyn finds out why the most profitable customers stay, why they leave, and finds data to protect high-value customer bases. Ms. Jeffery received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeastern University and has a Masters in Education from Harvard.
