Dan Legault is a world-class expert in business analytics and customer relationship management (CRM). Originally trained as a lawyer and an Air Force pilot, he helps CustomerLAB clients harness a range of sophisticated technologies and analytical tools to boost productivity. A pioneer in CRM and transactional technologies, Mr. Legault led transaction processing, database and CRM companies Terren Corporation, Opal Sky, VFM Interactive and was a principal at Exchange Solutions of Boston. In addition to extensive experience with retail businesses, Dan was managing director and president of two holiday/ travel companies, Butterfield & Robinson and Homesaway Inc. Mr. Legault sits on the Boards of several private corporations, has or continues to serve not for profits including Save The Children International and Greenshield Canada. He attended Queens University for Arts & Science and was one of two undergraduates to achieve early acceptance to the Queens Faculty of Law where he obtained an LLB. Mr. Legault is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, The Bar of the State of New York and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
