Ron Fabbro is a leading international expert in CRM across a wide spectrum of industries. A seasoned general manager, he has held logistics and distribution, sales and brand management roles in consumer goods businesses in Canada, the UK and United States. Ron was President of Rapp Collins Canada, one of the largest database marketing and CRM companies in the country. Most recently he was President and CEO of a Boston-based international specialty catalog and e-commerce company. He has extensive experience in venture and private equity diligence and transactions. A large number of retail and packaged goods companies across North America and Europe seek Ron’s guidance to implement performance standards and make metric-driven marketing investments including Sears, Labatt, Scotiabank, AirMiles, Bell Canada, Grand & Toy, Hair Club, Xerox Europe, yahoo.co.uk and Taco Bell. Mr. Fabbro holds a Global MBA with Dean’s list honours from the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto.
