Kevin Hamm is one of Canada’s most dynamic retailer leaders and an expert in franchise and coop businesses. He left his post as President and COO of DownEast Communications, Atlantic Canada’s largest communications retailer to join CustomerLAB in 2009 after completing the post-acquisition integration with Bell Mobility. Prior to that, Mr. Hamm held the positions of Senior Vice President Operations at Shoppers Drug Mart, CEO of Pharmasave Atlantic as well as senior wholesale operations and sales roles with The Oshawa Group (now Sobeys) and Neilson Cadbury. Kevin was named one of Atlantic Canada’s Top 50 CEO’s for 2009 and cited as one of Canada’s Top Negotiators in The Seven Strategies of Master Negotiators by Dr. Brad McRae. Kevin advises CustomerLAB clients on rapid operational productivity improvement and post-merger integration. He is a sought-after public speaker, Chair of the Maritime Better Business Bureau and serves on several Boards and committees including Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame, IWK Hospital (Halifax), and Mental Health Nova Scotia.
