Mike Brophy is a seasoned operator and negotiator with a track record of creating rapid, practical change in a wide range of industries. Prior to joining CustomerLAB, Mr. Brophy was COO of MedX Health Corp, Vice President of the Globe and Mail, V.P. Operations & Labor Relations at Laidlaw Waste Systems and V.P. H.R. Baxter Canada. A former naval officer and combat fighter pilot, Mike is cool in crisis situations and has extensive experience finding operating efficiencies, negotiating and mediating labor situations, conducting operational diligence and implementing post merger integrations. Mike holds a Masters Degree in Clinical & Counseling Psychology from Assumption College, Worcester, Mass., has completed Doctoral studies in Business and Organizational Behavior at Boston College and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Nichols College, Dudley Mass.
