Alan Kay – Organizational change / leadership development

Alan Kay is a renowned international expert on rapid organizational change, customer experience implementation and client-supplier relationships. For over 15 years he has delivered extraordinary results guiding small companies and large institutions through accelerated change initiatives. Clients across North America and Europe attribute much of Mr. Kay’s effectiveness to application of Solutions Focus methods, which efficiently align operating processes and people with new corporate goals. Previously, Alan was Managing Director of the high profile Toronto advertising agency, Harrod & Mirlin, and before that he held a variety of senior management roles at McCann Erickson and Foster Advertising in Canada and the US serving a broad range of multi-national and domestic companies. One of Canada’s best known business facilitators, he is an authority on the use of roundtable discussions to tackle complex topics. Alan is a past President of the American Marketing Association and teaches executive development at the Schulich School of Business, York University.
