Alan Kay is a renowned international expert on rapid organizational change, customer experience implementation and client-supplier relationships. Previously, Alan was Managing Director of the high profile Toronto advertising agency, Harrod & Mirlin, and before that he held a variety of senior management roles at McCann Erickson and Foster Advertising in Canada and the US serving a broad range of multi-national and domestic companies. One of Canada’s best known business facilitators, he is an authority on the use of roundtable discussions to tackle complex topics.
