Ann Hossack – Database & marketing ROI

Ann has over 20 years experience as a senior database and marketing efficiency executive.  She began her career working in brand management with Pepsi-Cola and then moved to J. Walter Thompson. She then held senior retail and consumer goods database marketing roles including Manager of National Accounts at American Express, Director of Marketing at Royal Trust and Vice President & General Manager at HYPN Direct Digital. Ann launched The Alliance of Independent Businesses, an organization developed to support the efforts of small business and assist corporate Canada in doing business effectively with this market niche. Ms Hossack has a wealth of experience maximizing marketing ROI across a wide variety of industries. She advises clients in retail, financial services, not-for-profit, travel and packaged goods with an excellent understanding of both consumer and business-to-business disciplines. Ann holds degrees in Psychology and Education from University of Toronto.
