Jennifer Danahy is a fourth generation retailer with operating experience in the front lines of several retail, hospitality and consumer goods manufacturing. She also has experience in a variety of support roles with Ipsos Camelford Graham Research and administrative offices at the University of Toronto. Jennifer supports CustomerLAB clients with customer service, research and technical writing of process improvement documentation. She was Head of College at Trinity College in the University of Toronto and holds an honors Bachelor of Arts degree.
